Well, finally after deleting storage subfolder in Profile folder restarted KM loads https://eu.static.mega.co.nz/ UPD. Clean new profile should be used to load https://eu.static.mega.co.nz/ - it's the only way to work with Mega. Just create second profile and use it for Mega.

Found by russian users (confirmed multiple times and for different OSes) privacy.dll fails to get localized if KM is placed in folder named using cyrillic letters. It shows in english while all other stuff is russian. Move to latin-lettered folder fixes it. Needs dll recompile.

I think this is due to the same javascript.options.strict pref in about:config When it's true - Insta loads under 75. When false - doesn't even under Goanna 3.4.2
