Maybe I'm wrong. But now I haven't any unusual problem with es.yahoo.com Yes, it has an 'infinite' load like facebook when you scroll down. But it doesn't work this way with any of JS-blockers working. Tried it specially on 75.0. But the same goes for 75.1.

Same prob here on KM1.6. Solutions welcome too  :D Lately that prob gets really annoying! Happens most often when reading twitter or facebook, both mobile. After browser start first all works fine, only some time later it randomly gets some hiccup and https is broken!

A new piece of information that I just came across. http://www.neowin.net/news/facebook-malware-spreading-to-users-via-google-chrome For now, we advise users of Facebook to be extra careful of what they click on, and stay away from elements that might compromise their accounts. As usual, just great. The only advice they ever have is "be extra careful". Ha ha... as if malware wou

Thanks for the very comprehensive reply. It's too long to quote in my follow-up, but you make a lot of good points. My comments about raw MIDI playback stem from the fact that MIDI rendering of acoustic instruments is unrealistic and actually grates on my nerves -- but then, so did Wendy Carlos' "Switched-On Bach" recordings back in the old days. The soundfonts I mentioned are provide

It would be great if K-meleon could "lie" and claim to be firefox or chrome. I am encountering more and more sites (e.g. google, gmail, facebook) which rudely and idiotically say "browser unsupported", as if there were something wrong with K-meleon. Once I get past those crappy messages, K-meleon can use all of those sites' functions just fine, the same as when I use firefo

(Offtopic) Wow, still on Win98 ! can it still run on modern machine? Or can you still browse the web with a Pentium 166 or so ? Oops... sorry, was just lazy typing, actually it's win98SE! MS should have named it win99  That's halfway between win98-1 and XP, which makes a world of a difference! And this old notebook has 700MHz and 256MB. But only 98SE can run kernelex (200kb tool t

You did not get the point, sorry to tell! The thing is to disable the function that left click opens in the same window/tab. Instead it should be replaced by "left click is directly opening a new tab for that link". This is some kind of temporary setting or a setting for a special url (that you can declare). It would be nice with a button in the style of the privacy bar: green is n

Hi Folks: when surfing on facebook and clicking on a link that opens on the same page, you cannot go back to the same page you were before (physically it is, but the content has changed) as it has changes so much so that it si no longer the same page because it's filled with new things. Proposition to avoid that: some kind of "never open any link on the same page, but alwas open it in a ne

Other effective approaches to traffic minimization are: 1) content filtering (less connections are established and less data are downloaded) 2) improved caching First could be done in different ways with a number of tools: - filtering DNS servers (OpenDNS, FoolDNS, NortonDNS etc.) It seems to me that FoolDNS is the simpliest one with good filtering out all the scam (ads, trackes, webbugs,

I was over at the MSFN forum today and noticed this post about a new browser for Windows 95 and and NT4. I decided to try it on my XP setup and it works very good. It might be nice to have as a backup browser and it probably works OK on Windows 98. It is listed under ... Windows 9x Member Projects. In the comments ... people seem to like it in the early stage. http://www.msfn.org/board/top

Was müsste man im etwa machen, damit injectJS funktioniert?
