Yogi, I know what rootfolder is, thank you! I was not sure about root plugins folder working nowadays, but now I see. AFAIK, plugin.scan.plid.all defines search in system folders. Setting it to false doesn't prevent KM from finding plugins in its own secondary subfolders (liке browser/plugins).

Sorry, folks, the question here is wrongly placed. It's about page sound produced by JS-timer and how to avoid it. I said that this was possible in KM74 with Policies Manager, and now the only way is to dig into page source code and retrieve JS's URL to block it with ABP or NoScript.

I can elaborate partly: you know, sessions.json saves not only list of URLs for tabs in session, but also browsing history in every tab. Imagine you browse from you pages (Ex.: forum thread here) somewhere in the same tab - and then you went back with corresponding command. After that you close K-Meleon with saving session. Your sessions.json will save that in tab history like that:
