Another crash I've been having occurs when trying to load a folder of bookmarks that has a keyword assigned to it by typing that keyword into the address bar and pressing Enter.

Quoterodocop Crashes when trying to open ya.ru yandex.ru mail.ru facebook.com mail.google.com sourceforge.net ... I think - any high-scripted pages. Try changing dom.ipc.plugins.enabled in about:config to false and restarting K-Meleon.

QuoteDorian I don't know any alternatives with web hosting. I could move the rest, but they probably won't be happy. There isn't much project left at sourceforge Proof : https://sourceforge.net/p/potm/discussion/vote/thread/bdda4271/ Please put the 75.1 Beta onto a file hosting site (such as MEGA) and link it. Thanks in advance.

I can't believe getting everything back up and running took that long. I hope future downtimes are not as long as this one was.

QuoteDorian QuoteZero3K My profile is located on a RAM Disk. You're asking for trouble. I've just experimented my first session loss because of a ... full disk. Need to fix this, the json writer don't seem to care about write failure. Why am I asking for trouble?

QuoteDorian You seem to be the only one losing data when crashing. Are you sure you don't have a problem with your file system ? There should be a backup file for the sessions, but a bug can prevent its creation. You have to create "sessions.json.bak" manually in your profile folder, then start and close kmeleon. My profile is located on a RAM Disk.

QuoteDorian Previous session save the state of kmeleon at the last clean shutdown. Last session is for crash recovery, more like current session in fact. I've been noticing all sessions are being deleted when it crashes every now and then.

I would also like to report that it still uses up too much CPU on a constant basis (more so when watching a Twitch VOD).

I think that protection against losing cookies/history/sessions when its forced to close because of a crash, etc. should be added to it.

Quotedesga2 QuoteZero3K I have another bug to report. http://www.nws.noaa.gov/view/prodsByState.php?state=KY&prodtype=special is not able to be scrolled through as easily as when viewed in IE, etc. I can scroll in this web with K-Meleon 75rc3u4, what is your problem? Does it keep scrolling back up or not when you try to scroll down in that page?

The issue that I noticed is that the browser's history is lost after a crash every now and then. Please add the ability for it to automatically compact the "broken" places.sqlite so that way I won't lose it after one has occurred.

QuoteDorian QuoteZero3K Are any of the crashes that have been recently reported fixable or not? Did you try to change the pref for flash? Also, I saw crashes related to nvidia drivers, which I can't do nothing about. Not sure if that's your case. I'm more concerned with the black page bug. I was able to get the same thing with firefox, so it's probaly not specific to kme

QuoteKMfan2 After a while in idle (not working on computer) and some tabs open with flash (youtube etc) Kmeleon freezes and videos are grey. That also happens to me when actually using it to play more than 2 or 3 videos at a time.

QuoteJamesD Dorian Thanks ever so much. I have just gotten RC3 set up. My wife is telling me we must go somewhere. Will report more as soon as I can. Edit: Small reprieve for me. Did not need to leave yet. Tests using Restart2.kmm indicate all works for session's restore IF the "restore on demand" pref is FALSE. However if the pref is true, some tabs show "empt

I have two issues to report: 1. The Copy function isn't working (either via the keyboard or the right-click context menu item). 2. Most tabs' pages turn black after having them being automatically reloaded every so often.

QuoteZero3K QuoteDorian This will be fixed, but there will still be a limit, you don't want a buggy macro to be able to create ton of timers. Ok. That makes sense. Has it been fixed yet?

Quoteguenter QuoteZero3K Quoteguenter QuoteZero3K It would be nice if someone could convert that Chrome Addon (which is available at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jsit-uploader/mnjnileinmmcioblmhbgfaikgecolgbo or https://github.com/TouchTone/jsit_chrome_plugin) into a Firefox Addon/K-Meleon macro. What makes You think that Chrome (the google browser) addons are compatible to Firefox
