Quotehermes And another interesting glitch seen steady fall (before and 74, 75, 75.1, 76a, 76b) at the opening pages with incorrect indication of the path to the favicon, the result has long become a standard еntry lines in user.js: Problem with favicons is supposed to be fixed in 75.1. I tried what you said, but it works fine for me. You may want to try submit a crash report.

Quotehermes /*to Dorian*/ Small bug report. Sorry for the bad english. Steadily falling when selecting any of the encodings KOI8 (working with them need to read messages mail server). The drop will occur on any page is open, but not empty. Because at first was glad for 75.1, where many encoding problems have disappeared, but it was not all. Encoding name is probably KOI8-R. If gecko

Nearly forgot about this :p Patch for 38 is now in the repository. https://sourceforge.net/p/kmeleon/source/ci/default/tree/k-meleon/mozilla.patch As for my mozconfig, the optimization options I was using with 2010 create a crashing build with 2013 (compiler is bugged). Therefore I switched to a PGO build (--enable-profile-guided-optimization used by firefox). It eats all the RAM of my PC,

QuoteJAFD Also, 'File/Open' loads the newly opened file in a seperate tab, and every so often I have to go back and close a dozen tabs, one by one. This should be fixed in the next release.

Only the site itself could do that without breaking anything. But seeing how gecko doesn't like to free memory, I don't think this would help.

Siria, does it crashs or freeze like JamesD? A crash report could help me. Attached is a fix for the docinfo macro.

On which page do you run the macro? InjectJS is dependent of the current page unless you use the hidden parameter. But your macro works fine for me, anywhere. The 7z is just a copy of my folder, can't be different than mine.

Both way will be possible, but command line could be better and build locales. That's the difficult part. Quoteguenter I updated the BuildKmeleon page to build the GRE for 1.6. and 1.6. But except for the changed VC version it should still work? Probably not. You need a new patch, new mozconfig, different command to build and now source use mercurial instead of cvs.

QuoteMala Okeh The problem with the Page properties I mentioned for 76 Alpha still remains here in 76 Beta. When you click Page properties with the right mouse click Links and Images do not show up. The only thing I see is a black background. The js inside the macros have to be updated. They open the popup, then write inside which is not authorized anymore. Content must be set when the popup

I'm trying to redo the build process of kmeleon, integrating it in the mozilla tree, but that's still not working well. So I've uploaded the SDK, the one provided by mozilla may not work. SDK for 75 SDK for 76 (will pull kmeleon sources in the repo soon) It must be extracted at same level than kmeleon source so you have: | |- k-meleon |- xulrunner-sdk |- release <

QuoteJamesD In KM 76 Alpha I am getting answers to injectJS() which are in the wrong character set - Chinese. Will be fixed. QuoteJamesD In KM 76 Alpha I cannot seem to set a certificate exception. The US Veterans Affairs Dept. has always needed an exception the first time I use the site in a new KM. Once set, I never have to do a 'continue' again. In 76 I seem to need to do a &

This is a different thing. What I was talking about was already added. The issue in ublock tracker is talking about the same problem I mentionned with the patch for the password manager in 76 (e10s problem). Unfortunately, mozilla implementation is so super megalicious abysmally idiotic that I'm not trying anything for now.

Quoteluk3Z How to solve problem with passwords ? I don't have dir jsloader/resource/gre/modules/ and any "LoginManagerContent.jsm" file in KM dir. What is this anyway ? omni.ja is a zip file. You have to look inside.

QuoteMala Okeh Thx for the fix, but honestly with me it didn't fix the password problem, let alone the history. What could have gone wrong? Try deleting startupcache in your profile too. What's the problem with the history? QuoteZero3K QuoteDorian @Zero3k, yeah the black thing is weird, I have the same thing with firefox, not sure why they changed it. Is it fixable or not?

I'm not sure. If the history is deleted then the favicons will be too, which wasn't the case before. So you should check if the history is working properly. Did you try with a clean profile? You may have a corrupted places.sqlite. Check the last page of the 75.1 beta thread about it. If I knew this could happen, I may have not done this :-\

Quick fix for the password manager (until the whole e10s thing is fixed, if that ever happen) Replace omni.ja/modules/LoginManagerContent.jsm with attached file. And delete omni.ja/jsloader/resource/gre/modules/LoginManagerContent.jsm

XPSP2 is not supported by MSVC2013. But you can replace the kernel file with the sp3 one. Firefox use an hack you can't implement in kmeleon.

Quoterodocop I think we are finally faced with predicted incompatibility with CPUs which don't support SSE2. I've never thought it would be enabled by default now, but you're right. Have to rebuild everything.
