I've updated the RC on sourceforge. No more SSE requirement (should really be good now >_<) and fixed privacy settings.

There shouldn't be any SSE requirement. If it's a problem, try without kplugins just to be sure it's not a core problem

A little update. I've tweaked build parameters since it seems there is still problem with old system, fixed the encoding macro and removed some entries not relevant for gecko, put back the updated docinfo macro (didn't see that I've lost it in the crash), fixed about:preferences (still, "applications" show nothing, and remains a mystery). I've begun to work with mozilla 45, but for so

Blah, in kmeleon.js, line 253, there is a point instead of a comma This break about: preference and other things.

Fix for the Preferences (and xul dialog in general I suppose) http://kmeleonbrowser.org/files/kmeleon76b3u2.zip This update is not cumulative, you also need the previous one. - When a menu item is created using the KMeleon.SetMenuCallback() function, we can't remove it. If the add-on is disabled, this items stayed, but does noting. When the add-on is re-enable or updated, we have menu items

Haha, indeed, the way I said that can lead to weird interpretation. And I'm talking about the old tracker (else I would have changed the link)

I'll ask you to put your bugs/features in the bug tracker, even if it's a bit broken. I need to get things back on track. Lately, I prefer to sit at the piano instead of the computer ;) In the file sessions.json, what is the purpose of property "state"? Windows state 1-normal, 2-minimzed, 3-maximized TestT(0,0){ !Test{ macros(_Test) Test check.png[0,32,32]

Still about to finish my neverending current monster macro, at 99%... and now finally realizing: Could it be that KM76 doesn't allow anymore to catch the source code of a displayed page by injectsjs...innerHTML? The console reports something about not allowed due to security or such :( (this macro needs to read the stored sessions somehow, and pass it back-forth to JS, so far works fine in 1

You probably need to allow third party cookies (preferences -> privacy and security)

There will be another delay for the RC. The ssd containing kmeleon has died. I have a partial build with the latest changes but I've lost the source code of those changes. It happened after building 38.6. Two months ago the code was still on a 6 years old HDD, guess I shouldn't have moved it.

There are plenty of reasons, like making plugin incompatible between versions (and I'm already regretting what I did with gestures), increasing the workload when updating gecko, increasing dependency on gecko when it should be reduced.

It seems to me, it is great to be you :) Are you trying to test this function at all? You can use whatever you want, if i really need to recommend, then i recommend your macro code here. Found it's a bad pointer initialization, so can be random. Not me being great :(

So, what about the issue with pages becoming black? That issue also seems to be related to it not exiting when being closed (instead, it stays open and uses almost 50% CPU). I though this was related to hardware acceleration. I have sometimes the black pages issue after a while, but never with 50% cpu usage, and I can exit and restart without issues. It is necessary to add new functions

It seems fine, but not working. Only thing that is new is observers notification 'command-line-startup' and subject is null. I can't get this interface. Well it wasn't null .. at first. It's just me being an idiot. 2. Youtube videos are flickering and eventually show an "error has occurred" message. I have this with firefox when it try to load flash. It's a problem with eith

You need win7+ to install VS 2013/2015. Without the errors it's hard to help.

Yeah I was talking mainly for the image viewer. You probably noticed that I'm not much into interface :p Moreover they require translations. It would be nice to collect those settings that could be useful and implement them all in one go. But it's not practical to add options that may be used only by a few.

You know, most of those wishes should be addressed to mozilla :) It's hard to bypass those scaling features if gecko does not provide an option for it, devPixelsPerPx is global and can't be set per tab. But I always thought there was a minimum font size. Did it was removed?

Kmeleon has mercurial. It's ok for c++ code, but I barely keep the chrome code up to date in it. I guess the forum could be fine for now.
