Sorry I was not present and using the last version in English. Mail me in such cases. Are You finished with German locale? German pref-privacy.dtd dates from 2014 when I last had to update. And it has one line less than the English one. When I look at dtd I first look at time stamp then at number of lines. I use PSPad. Do not forget that we must save in UTF8 for all languages.
