You can go into the maps that are prepared to print and rescale the details they show using minus or plus symbol - before You print. K-Meleon uses the same view as e.g. Opera so IMHO the problem is specific to Google maps not K-Meleon.

The Problem is that the original creators of most skins did not think of such a license.txt that told future PPL about it. It is almost impossible to find info now - You would not even know where to search. PPL and their pages have moved/gone. I have updated versions of skins from K-Meleon Wiki and other sources. I probably updated toolbars.cfg of all skins available for download in 2007.

The same happens to German in this Forum. The solution for German is to set the used/correct encoding by hand. The 2 .cn respectively .jp pages show no ? if encoding utf16 is set via View > Encoding (that is below Zoom) > UTF16 (bottom item).

The problem seems wrong info the page or its server gives to K-Meleon. I do not know whether Big 5 is identical to UTF16 (I doubt it is).
