Another bug, old too,, is the problem to set toolbars location. Impossible to set it with mouse, and I must do it manually in prefs.js. A real pain ... Since when? Looking at the prefs, the go buttons doesn't seem to be saved at all. To solve the problem, I have set what I want in skin.js. Else, the value I choose manually or with mouse where systematically and automatically bypassed

alain, I am not sure what skin You mean. I use AuraAlpha(CnoT) which is just AuraAlpha Compact with no Transparency. But it's not a skin problem, it's a toolbar problem. Using a fresh profile, I set the toolbars locations, and before closing, I open prefs.js to keep the lines concerning the toolbars. Then I quit and relaunch K-Meleon : toolbars have moved and keeping prefs, I see that a

I have found the reason of the replacement of the homepage in setup.log Deleted File: E:\Program Files\K-Meleon1.74RC\profile.ini Deleted File: E:\Program Files\K-Meleon1.74RC\Profiles Really bad ... To avoid spécifying the files and folder to delete, it's necessary to preserve profile.ini and the folder profiles by copying it in temp (for example), and restorind it after cleaning. A

There is a bug after installing RC2 under Linux, due to default homepage set when installing. It uses resource protocol which doesn't work under wine. I didn't saw it, because I always installs over the previous install, and the setup didn't modify the homepage, which seems now to be the case. I could be better even it doesn't always display the good locale to use file protocol instead of re

My question about tuxhelper is that I think K-Meleon 74 not need included tuxhelper.kmm macro file because functions in this macro file can be added to mail.kmm macro file. You're right, if we just talk about mail, but this macro was created a long time ago, and contained a complete system to set some parameters for Linux. For now, I have removed it just because I don't want to use VisualD

I think a few of the extensions I purposed where also on disrupted website. If we can have contact with disrupted, I could have rights to upload, and add some extensions. I think I will no more use nsis as installer and it could be possible to migrate all the one which always work with disrupted install system. But it's only an idea... A+

one short question. Geckozone's K-Meleon links seem gone. Unfortunately yes ... Can I remove these links: K-Meleon Extension Setup in english and in french Or has the content just moved? Where? Yes, as I haven't put it on another website. Perhaps, if I'm not too much busy, but I'm not sure that a lot of extensions are always working with K-Meleon 74. Thanks A+

Hi, I checked mail.kmm code from K-Meleon 74 RC and it seems already included tux code. It's not tux code, but adapted function to allow to open mailto link which isn't correctly implemented in wine and I haven't been able to correct it. Mailto links are usable with context menu. Can Some Linux usertest K-Meleon 74 RC witout tuxhelper.kmm and use only mail.kmm. I confirm that the modificat

Some translations are located in kmeleon.dll in locales/zn-ch Translations can be done, in this case, with resHacker, for example, but I'm not sure that chinese which probably needs utf-8 or something like that can be entered in the dll ... As I see, reading again Chanson post, it's about menu tooltips which must be in kmeleon.kml A+

Creators of Ubuntu are as shady as Microsoft if not even more. Don't think so, even I don't like last Ubuntu builds (unity, ....) For now, I keep 12.04 which rolls fine with my old config. After that, I will probably use xubuntu. You should really at least consider switching to Kubuntu, Xubuntu, etc. These builds are also officials builds made by Ubuntu, but user interfaces are lighter (for

Thanks to Dorian to have include it. readme.html => Done The macro has be adapted to simulate resource://, and is now able to open readme.html. Hum, even Linux uses less resources than Windows, it's a tricky config. I think principally of the memory amount. But some builds could work correctly, it just depends of your need. For the Ubuntu galaxy I know better, I can tell that the better builds for tricky config are Lubuntu or Xubuntu. Perhaps, but I'm not really sure Ubuntu with gnome shell and selecting gnome without desktop effects
