It has to do with Javascript. I tried 1.1.6, 1.5.4, and 1.6.0a3 and got same results in all. If Javascript is off, I see the scroll bar. If Javascript is on then I do not see a scroll bar. I think there is an error in their code.

@ sira I see what you mean. I guess I am fortunate that I use Groups more than Sessions and I set all my prefs to "k-meleon" rather than the standard "kmeleon". I wonder if Dorian could set another pref where the selection could be a toggle between the pref only or pref and value? Quotedisrupted it's not prompting to register protocols like mailto: on first application run/new profile. it's much more serious than just mail and appears to be related to gecko implementation in kmeleon/missing service you probably should report that bug: fails to prompt on registering new protocol handlers for now, you can fix it by opening the profile prefs.js in notepad

I have an old profile backup system in the MacroLibrary. http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/wiki/KmmResProfile It is nothing fancy. Just copies the whole profile to another location. I created a folder named "Reserve" under My Documents and I choose that for the copy location.

I have noticed that if the exit from KM is from menu FILE - EXIT KMELEON, then the confirmation on multiple tabs does not occur. This happens in 1.5.4 and 1.6.0a3. If the exit is from the X on the title line then the confirmation message is displayed.

I am seeing the same thing using 1.6 alpha. I have seven tabs open and then close the last two tabs. I then close KM and wait for hard drive indicator to go dark so all writes to profile are complete. When I restart KM, I get seven tabs open. Edited. This one, dom.max_chrome_script_run_time, has 20 on 1.5.4 and 0 on 1.6 alpha. And this one, dom.max_script_run_time, has a value of 10 on both. I don't think I have ever changed either one. Without the specific page, I cannot test.

I got it work in KM 1.6 alpha. I had to have Javascript turned on and then had to choose a player. There were three options and I took the third one which used a play that did exist on my computer. I think the font is just a little small. Perhaps we could give up 40% of the light grey border on either side and get a larger font. The languages available need to be shown better. Perhaps just the flags shown until the cursor in in the area and then the drop down full list.
