New window fucus is set to the page, if you want to change to url. Change this
pref("kmeleon.display.NewWindowHasUrlFocus", false);
Change this to "true"

I'm still using adblock not adblock+ since it works better with the trimmed chrome and I don't want to keep a bigger chrome to make adblock+ work better.
For flash8 issues, since this version has flashblock inside, I don't think we
must replace adblock with adblock+.
Of course, feel free to replace adblock with adblock+ yourself.
Thanks,
Hao

Hao, what is this "Macro utilities" plugin? What is its purpose?
What would happen if I disabled it?

It doesn't help. I am not sure but I think firefox uses the same dll library for wma files, but it always starts windows media player 10, while kmeleon starts version 6.

I solved it by adding an entry in registry. Now it works ok. Is there any chance of unicode version of k-meleon?

I think that K-MeleonCCF Release Candidate 2 might be Unicode, but I'm only guessing that because of the way that the text looks different in all of the dialogs.

I don't know but I know that it doesn't display non-english characters in tabs and favorites.

It sure is still there. I can confirm that. I don't know why. I could've sworn it went away, then I read what branko had said and I realized I had one of these permanent tooltips up top again. Maybe I was just starting to be able to ignore them, haha.

Just had a crash. I was browsing Yahoo! Mail. I closed the browser window. A dialog pops up that says K-Meleon has crashed. It didn't disrupt any of my work or anything, considering it happened when I closed the window.
This has happened once before but I never got around to reporting it.
By the way, I'm using the loader with the setting of "none - don't preload any components"

can not get focus on address box when opening new tab with CTRL-T

So you want the address box to have focus when you open up a new tab, but only then? What about when a new tab (with content) is opened either in foreground or background? Would you want the address box to have focus anytime a new tab opens (either from a webpage OR ctrl+t) or just when a blank tab (one that was opened using CTRL+T)?

nomatter ctrl-t ctrl-n , or click to open new tabs, it is old topic, i think some rather old CCF version has same prob, it is easy to solve, and it had been solved in the later version , anyway , this RC2 is MUCH more stable than prev. one, i feel much better with this one since the 0.48 seriels came out. i hate crash and i want adblock, it is well done

Hi
more to report, check this, when i select the dropdown history list in the address box, when i gonna change the select address with left and right arrow keys, it behave like up and down key were pressed , and the history list was scroolling , weird, i think left and right arrow keys are for cursor moving , not scroolling the history list , it might be a bug or author want it thatway?
Cheers

I posted this for Release Candidate 1 but didn.t get a reply so I
will try again:
I have a problem with a site I regularly visit resizing the browser.
In Fred's releases there is an option to Block or Allow resizing.
Is there ant way to block resizing in CCF/SM versions that don't
have this menu option?
