Hello everybody, now don’t get angry because I’m not sure if any of you that are reading this have heard of this before but what I’m requesting for is this.

Page Info - Now if anybody is reading this and have heard of these two web browsers before called SeaMonkey and Mozilla Firefox, then you will know what I’m talking about, now on these two browsers you’ll find a handy tool called - Page Info - its somewhat similar to what K-Meleon can already do and that’s viewing the - Source Code - of a webpage, but the biggest difference is that - Page Info - gives you a simple yet detailed view of what the webpage looks like and the best thing that I like is that it allows someone to easily download stuff like flash games, flash videos and picture, especially if what your downloading is embedded, and so you know the - Source Code - feature in K-Meleon seams to have no way of downloading something that is embedded.

Now I like see this ether as an extension or part of the next future release of the K-Meleon browser, but remember I’m not forcing any to do this its all up to you, and that is it thanks for noticing.

ididn't know such a thing existed. page info is very handy indeed.. it could be done as an 'extension' by calling a 3rd party tool and sending the url.. but need to find a good freebie. it's a good thing you posted under improvement requests as well.. because this will be much better when integrated in km instead of an extension or tool.. but for now, if you find(maybe panzer knows one) some tool to display url stats and embeds like that , then it can be easily incorporated with a macro

do you know if firefox 2.0 had page info? because maybe it's a gecko thing that have been added since 1.9.. in that case it will be easy to include when km uses 1.9 trunk

i looked in ff 1.5 and page info exists so it isn't gecko version specific..i don't think the xul dialog can be called in kmeleon, probably doesn't exist in the chrome. it's a combination of set of macros like image list cache info and links list in one dialog so only devs can do it because the dialog either has to be either added to the km exe itself or with a c++ kplugin but i don't know if it can be extended with a macro only.. maybe desga or jsnj can integrate it
