How do I get it working in K-Meleon? (It can be found by going to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/smartvideo-for-youtube-mytube/).

The addon is worth trying but You may possibly waste Your time.

Some basic things may work. I mean the presets, buffering etc. But if You read through the features You find things like hover over... it should immidiately raise doubts in You.
Nothing that needs the Firefox GUI can work. If he and the presets manipulate only youtube's html that embeds the video. ok.
But if the FF GUI makes the contact, checks when it is ready or provides a button. No go.
I press thumbs that You are lucky. No FF XUL GUI is the price for the smaller footprint.
