While looking for Profile Extensions for Firrefox, I found two Firefox Extensions thay may or may bot be useful in K-Meleon 75.0 abd above.
The "Open Profile Folder" https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/addons/545/open_profile_folder-1.3.3-fx. Firefox Exenxion allows Firefox to open Profile Folders just like how K-Meleon able to open a Profile Folders.
The ProfileSwitcher https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/addons/333220/profileswitcher-1.6.2-fx+tb.xpi Firefox Extension allows Firefox to create separate profiles without using the commnad line switch -p with firrfox.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -p" to open the Profie Manager.
