For the IE Tab V2 (Enhanced IE Tab) Firefox Extension to sort of works with K-Meleon 74.0 and K-Meleon 75.0 Beta, download IE Tab V2 (Enhanced IE Tab) https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/addons/92382/ie_tab_v2_enhanced_ie_tab-5.12.12.1-fx-windows.xpi and rename it to {1BC9BA34-1EED-42ca-A505-6D2F1A935BBB}.xpi

Next copy {1BC9BA34-1EED-42ca-A505-6D2F1A935BBB}.xpi into the extensiosn folder.

Then download IE Tab http://kmext.sourceforge.net/km74/ietab-km74.7z for K-Mleoen 74 from K-Mwleon Extensions Central and extract macros to a folder renaming ietab.kmm to ietab2.kmm then editing ietab2.kmm changing the lines

It is not possible for Firefox to sue both extensions at the smae time because Firefox calls the extensions directly.

It is only possible with K-Meleon 74.0 and K-Meleon 75.0 Beta 1

Becuase K-Meleon 74.0 and K-Meleon 75.0 Beta 1 uses macros to call extensions instead of calling them directly.

I found that lines changed by restarting Firefox ny disabling IE Tab V2 (Enhanced IE Tab) under Addons while viewing a page with the IE Tab Rendering Engine

After Firefox Restarted chrome://ietab2/content/reloaded.html?url="webaddress was displayed.

However IE Tab V2 (Enhanced IE Tab) to displays a blank page when a webpage is loaderd in K=Meleon 74.0 and K-Meleon 75.0 beta 1 until you vist a webpage then go back to previous page.
