This is extension by JamesD which sets the CTRL+SHIFT+M accelerator for toggling menu and toolbar on/off in Full Screen mode.
Download an attachment.

Just place this file in your 'macros' folder inside K-Meleon root folder.
Restart K-Meleon.

Now CTRL+SHIFT+M toggles menu and toolbar while in Fullscreen mode.
