Gibt es für K-Meleon eigentlich eine Version von Search Preview bzw. Google Preview? Von mir aus auch etwas vergleichbares.

Habe schon gegooglet - aber leider nichts gefunden.

Ansonsten: Großartiger Browser der hoffentlich lange und gut weiterentwickelt wird.

Links Preview > http://kmext.sourceforge.net/ext3.htm ist zwar nicht identisch aber vergleichbar mit search preview.

I think Links Preview > http://kmext.sourceforge.net/ext3.htm is the closest extension to search preview.

i think it doesn't work with K-Meleon 1.5.4

works without problems in 1.5.4. could be corrupted macro..try reinstalling the extension

i reinstalled it but there is no
menu entry: page context>extra services>activate previews

oh ok that's not good
page context is when you right-click on the page and then you you should see a menu popup 'extra services' which then opens the other menu containing the entry command for 'activate previews'

if it's not showing that can be one of 2 things..either some macro has errors and caused the menu to disappear..to check ths, restart kmeleon without browsing to any pages and open the error console(tools>error console) and click on the kmm button to display kmm errors

if no errors, check to see whether the page services speciality macro or the link preview macro are disabled( even after reinstalling they will stay disabled if they were already disabled because disabled macros are kmeleon settings)

edit>preferences> kmeleon macros
make sure both those 2 macros are checked
linkpreview.kmm
pageservices.kmm

both have to be enabled for the extension to make a menu

unfortunately NoScript needs to be disabled.....
