Didn't know about the existence of this service till now.
Does the macro need JavaScript enabled in order to work?
If I'm visiting DownForEveryoneOrJustMe directly it does. Therefore my question.

. I forgot to mention the advantage of using this macro over visiting the page.

i made a similar one but with somewhat eyecandy using autoit

this one can be used as basic version of sitechecker for those who prefer things running within kmeleon with macro or using linux wine and may have problems running an extra exe
can you make it into an extension please(7z) and uninstall ini to upload to kmext

no, it's alright.. because even though both have same essence, the application is different..macro one doesn't need user input and checks directly and has an additional link entry. the autoit version is useful when you want to check a domain that isn't necessarily open in the browser window or available as a link.
i added it to network page as page|link status checker
i'm glad i'm back too . i was enslaved for a month by a multinational cooperation..stinky capitalists :mad: (got to travel business class though..so shouldn't be hypocritical
