I want to know i f i can use ghostery, duck search and another privacy extensions for firefox within k-meleon

Most extensions for Firefox will not run directly in K-Meleon. Some have been changed to work with KM. Those and some others can be found in our extensions area. see http://kmext.sourceforge.net/
