I have uninstalled K-Meleon several times and cleaned with CCleaner, carefully removed registry residue, and installed, by extracting extensions manager folder into the K-Meleon folder. I call up the extensions page and the right click menu doesn't have km extensions. Do I have to press any key and right click?

Hmm. Make sure you didn't extract it into a sub-folder within your main K-Meleon installation folder. There should NOT be a folder named any variant of kemNT. There SHOULD be a folder named kmextensions.

You don't need the manager to install the extensions. Just extract the contents of each extension(7z file) into your main K-Meleon installation folder. Again make sure your zip/7z extracter doesn't extract into a newly created subfolder.
