Great work!
My wishlist.
1) Speeddial
2) Clone Tab support in tab menu
3) Firefox Sync (password sync, history etc) support
4) Fully integrated Adblock with all feautures
then this done, K-meleon will be the browser of my dreams...
1.)
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?1,130219,130221#msg-130221 74+1
2.) Work around under F2.
3.) Is this an addon? Most that do not require XUL GUI support work.
4.) Read the Forum. Works. Other addblock also.
I do not care what Your nightmares and dreams are - as long as I like it.

I do not understand what is meant by "clone tab support".

2) Clone Tab
Am not completely sure if that is what you mean, but click Edit > Configuration > Menus
then insert those lines, save and restart:
!New{
Clone Tab=macros(Go_New)
}
Note, this works only if this is the currently active tab.
Note-2: This is just a copy of the native function which is on the Go-Button:
Right-click that button and choose "Open in New Page"
Note-3: due to some old bug with the rebarmenu-plugin I'd recommend to rather add those lines at the end of the the global menus.cfg, found in folder "defaults/settings"

K-Meleon Extensions Central has and extension macro called Dublicate Tab
http://kmext.sourceforge.net/extensions/dublicatetab.7z at the bottom of the Enhancements Extensions Web Page.
Creatiing an extension or addon to clone tabs is not neccessary becuasue a method of cloning tabs for K-Meleon already exists.

When you set up Firefox Sync on your computer, all of your data and preferences (such as your bookmarks, history, passwords, open tabs and installed add-ons) gets stored securely on the Mozilla servers. You can share all this information across all your devices.
maybe LastPass can work on K-meleon or something else? This is not a complete replacement for Firefox Sync, but a little better than nothing.

Firefox Symc most likely would not work with K-Meleon 74 becasue bookmarks are stored differently in K-Meleon in bookmarks.html
Forfox stores both bookmarks and history in places.sqlite.
Also firefox sync must makes sytem calls to one or both omni.ja. K-Meleon 74 does not have all the files from browser/omni.ja that firefox may need to use for Firefox Sync.

K-Meleon 74+1. about:home ->Settings. Or about:preferences. Sync and test it.
No idea if it works - I would not try to store my data online.
Last Pass lite is on K-Meleon Extension Pages page one. I have never tested it.
Last Pass for Firefox is an addon that does not work for K-Meleon74. XUL errors.
You can try to combine the old K-Meleon extension with this.
Make a new extension from it. Name, install.rdf... from the Firefox addon, only chrome files, kmm if needed from the old K-Meleon addon.
Else try older versions of lastpass for firefox from about k-m 1.6 or 1.5.4 times.
There was one after all used to create the K-Meleon version.

The Firfox Extnsions Password Exporter can work if do the following
1 Download Firfox Extension Pasword Exporter
https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/addons/2848/password_exporter-1.2.1-fx+tb+sm.xpi and Password Exporter
http://kmext.sourceforge.net/extensions/pwexporter.7z from K-Meleon Extensiosn Central Privacy & Security.
2 Exptract password_exporter-1.2.1-fx+tb+sm.xpi to browser\defaults\prpfile\extensions\{B17C1C5A-04B1-11DB-9804-B622A1EF5492}
3. Extract chrome\passwordexporter.jar from pwexporter.7z to browser\defaults\prpfile\extensions\{B17C1C5A-04B1-11DB-9804-B622A1EF5492}\chrome\passwordexporter.jar
4 Extract macros\pwexporter.kmm from pwexporter.7z to K-Meleon 74's macro folder.
Then Exporting Password for K-Meleon 74 works, For some reason passwordexporter.jar from the Firefox Extesnion does not work for K-Meleon 74.
Eventhough Password Exporting works Password Importing des not work.
Someone should figure out why Importing Paswords does not work with K-Mleeon 74,
If that is done we would have a method of Importing and Exporting Passwords for K-Meleon 74.
Instead of keeping a copy of key3.db and signons.sqlite to copy into our profile to import passwords.

Window Diversion inefficient

Hi,
Whatever the choice for 'Window diversion' in new tab or in a new window,
'Open Help menu options in a new tab instead of a new Windows' doesn't work.
'About Plugins' and 'About K-Meleon' always opens in a new window
All others option always opens in the current tab ...
Under XP and Linux

Ah yes, now I remember having reported that earlier.
This option was introduced by desga years ago for 1.6, but the new KM seems to be mostly or completely based on 1.5.4. So this option, while surprisingly showing up in the pref sheets, wasn't copied over into the current main.kmm too. I remember it's very easy to fix, just change a few lines in main.kmm, search for "openWindow" and compare with the 1.6-main.kmm, but not enough time to look up details now myself.

Why? Because it throws a Script error about an ID that it cannot find.
If that is the only thing You want someone to figure out.
I attached a version that works for 74.0 of Password Exporter for K-Meleon 1.6 to Your post as:
{B17C1C5A-04B1-11DB-9804-B622A1EF5492}.xpi.zip. Download & then please rename to: {B17C1C5A-04B1-11DB-9804-B622A1EF5492}.xpi and try whether PWD import works for You now.
I used the back-wind You suggested and hot-wirred the resulting addon with 74.0+1 because it has a functioning console
2.
The styles are changed. I replaced the old default CSS with <?xml-stylesheet type="text/css" href="chrome://global/skin/"?> that K-Meleon has now.
To do: change the name of the addon to something at K-Meleon.org.
BTW. The current Firefox Password Exporter Addon works out of the box for K-Meleon 74.0+1.
It adds PWDs and checks for redundant PWDs that exist.
I have not tested more items. I will not use it.
K-Meleon 74.0+1 has more Firefox chrome support already. naruman works on it.
I find to copy key3.db and signons.sqlite convenient enough.

Oops... looks like the other help links are moved inside this omni.ja thing!
At least a file search locates "faq" inside there.
But to my surprise, in 74gre31 my 7z cannot open it anymore??!
In 74.0 it still worked, and looks like there those missing help options are inside an "about.xhtml"
They are now all "<!ENTITY" elements. (incl. the link to "wiki/
ReleaseNotes15"
)
.....
Okay, found it.... Nothing changed fundamentally, again just the KM1.6 stuff could be copied over: the block of help-items are at the end of main.kmm. Just as syntax-Example:
hm_FAQ {
macroinfo=_("View the K-Meleon FAQ");
if (getpref(BOOL, $pref_helpmenu)) { $OpenURL="
http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/wiki/FAQ" &OpenURL_InNew; } else { id(ID_LINK_KMELEON_FAQ); }
}
If the whole block
from KM1.6 main.kmm gets copied into the new main.kmm again, and then in
global "menus.cfg", in the "help" chapter, the ID-commands are replaced again with the macros from main.kmm (copy again from KM1.6 menus.cfg), it should work again.
-----
Something else related:
The
3 docinfo-prefs are missing among the default prefs.
Their names are listed in the beginning of "docinfo.kmm"
Adding them in about:config makes the grayed out checkboxes at the end of F2>Window Diversion accessible.
----
Edit: Oh great, the forum now auto-inserts ; after links? Huh??
Could disable bbcode, but then there could be no formatting either. Have removed the ; after the link, so now there is only 1 ; again

tuxhelper is a macro which allows to use some features not possible with wine under Linux (due to some protocols not implemented in wine, like mailto, for exemple...)
As it's include in the setup, I think it should be shown like others macros, and not user-defined. But it's a detail ...
It is easy to fix if you know all the languages required. I know only English.
For languages other than English the definitions are found in Root\locales[language code] \ [language code].jar\kmprefs\kplugins\ in the file named macros.properties.
For English the file is located in Root\browser\omni.ja\chrome\en-US\locale\kmprefs\kplugins\in the file named macros.properties.

Translation correct enough for me. Only that nouns are capitalized in written German.
Linux Gehilfe (mailto und mehr) - or maybe: Linux Helfer (Mail und mehr)

I am using 7-Zip version 9.20 on Win 7. I just did a right-click on the omni.ja file to get a menu which included "7-Zip". When I selected 7-Zip I got a menu with two "Open Archive" items. I used the second one which is a popup with file type selections. I choose the one marked "zip". That opened the 7-Zip console where I could open folders until I found the one that had the file "macros.properties". I did a right-click on macros.properties and selected "Edit" from the menu. That opened the file in Notepad. I added the two lines and then did "File > Save" to save the file. Then I exited Notepad and I was asked if I wanted to update the archive. I chose to do that. Then I exited 7-Zip.

If we are talking about zip methods. WinRAR 4.11 and 7-zip 9.20. No problems at all.
To compress them better, I recommend to extract omni.ja and recrompress again as zip.
Is it slower?, I don't know, I just prefer to save disk space. And no problems until now.

If use 7zip 9.20 - 9.22 Beta you can not extract omni.ja files, However if 7zip 9.32 alpha 9.34 alpha use can extract onmi,ja files.
Otherwise you have to use a different progrma such as WinRAR to extract onm.ja files. Or rename onmi,ja to omni.zip and treated as a compressed folder to extract with Windows builtin compression zipfldr.dll.
When recompressing on omni.ja as a zip with 7zip or other programa such as WiRAR, use compression level store becuase I found storing at any other compression level can cause lag when watching some flash Videos with kMeleon 74 and some ealier versions of K-Meleon as well.
