not working on windows 2000 sp4 + sp5 rollup - tested on two different compututers (AMD k6-2@450 and intel core 2 duo E5200...)

A little question yet, is that now Gecko 1.8.1.24 with or without a "pre"?
The Help>About-page says it is "pre", and the wiki-downloads-page has it not...

Speaking of win98, just wish I could figure out why half of the new kplugins in the 1.6a3 work on Slayers old machine but are completely ignored on mine... Otherwise the 1.6a3 works quite nicely in win98 too, as long as I can copy over the kplugins from this 154-version, meaning as long as they aren't required to provide new functions to the rest of the program...

And thanks to Thoglette for updating wikipedia!

sorry, i download 7z archive, but when i start see message msvcp71.dll is missing. So i download it and then start again. this time i see "memory in adress 0x.... could not be read"... after your post, i copy msvcr71.dll to k-meleon's folder, and k-meleon is runnig fine...
kmeleon need both files:

msvcr71.dll

yes, 1.5.4 has very fast java script and 1.6 is alpha version (i see some crashes when open pdf links from alldatasheet.com)

I'm using both 1.5.4 + AdBlock and 1.6a3 without AdBlock, but only can run 1 version at time (can't run 2 versions simultaneously).

You must use -new parameter to start a second K-Meleon instance.

You may be able to run two instances of KM with the command line option of "-new". See here http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/wiki/CommandLineOptions

Thankyou very much. I am a long time k-meleon user, i dont really give a damn about other self proclaiming fastest browsers on earth. K-meleon really is.

However i have a problem with the veetle software. I cant open video streams on veetle.com

Could someone explain why its this way or if its possible to fix?
