maybe allow you to select the plugin directory instead of default, so we can just point to our ie plugin dir or netscape or whatever
just a suggestion if not implanted already
umm... it *seems* to be already implemented, in 'general' prefs.
the plugin dir in the general prefs tab is for UI plugins (like the winamp plugin), not for browser plugins, like real player or flash
