K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
K-Meleon has a built-in translation feature; try Tools > Translation to translate the whole page or select text and choose Translation from right click menu.
If you really miss this extension why don't you ask the QTL developer(s) to make it K-M compatible?
I had a look inside the plugin. It relies on XUL surfaces. It cannot be made compatible.
AFAIK You can look into the scripts and PROBABLY add the URLs to K-Meleon search engines.
p.s. I also share Matt's view. Extensions are not supported by anyone here but by their creators - else by the person that wants to use them.
