sleep in macro

if possible, add new macro command like sleep in autoit to wait for defined time in secs between executing commands.

e.g
exec("test.exe");
sleep(1000);
exec("test2.exe")

thank you alain and desga.. many useful plugins on mark's site, i'll use them in macros when required.
