yes, i understand that.. i don't even use the loader. i mean for slower pcs which will constantly need the loader in startup; it would be nice for the loader to run without a tray icon(only accessible from the taskmanager).
As the loader, in this case is loaded, what is the importance of having or not an icon in the tray bar ?
What is the advantage of having it hidden ? I just saw disadvantage, because it's then not easy to stop it when needed (config modifications for example).
I really don't understand the reasons ?

the reason is superficial and personal: i hate tray icons
I think that this can be added as command line parameter as for example:
loader.exe -noicon
or
loader.exe -hide
