Allow flash at special www-sites

Hello,
I use K-Meleon 1.5.0 and have activated Flashblock.
This works very good.
But now I have some sites, where I don`t want to block flash.
e.g. http://wetter.rtl.de/deutschland/uebersicht.php?id=10147&ort=hamburg
How can I say that flash should NOT blocked at this site?
