K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
IE allows you to easily FTP (upload) files to your own website through the browser. K-meleon allows you to log in but will not let you upload files. As more and more people have their own websites, it is an option that is becoming more an more important and would require probable little programming to do.
Hope it will be implemented in next update.

I don't think this feature will be implemented.
For ftp download or upload (for website managment) a great product already exists: Filezilla.
