AFAIK: Yes - if You can compile it or find someone to compile it for You.
I remember that it was done but know no technical details since I am too lame to build a k-m myself.
See url about:buildconfig for details of compiler settings used by current k-meleon and tete009's build. They are normally at that place.
You would take the sources of K-Meleon and use the settings of tete009 about:buildconfig, or other more detailed info if You find it,
plus the patches and additional dll found via links at tete009's page
http://www1.plala.or.jp/tete009/en-US/software.html#FIREFOX
He mentiones some things like:
# Applied mmoy's image patches.
# Applied libpng 1.2.12 and enabled MMX option (referred to Ayakawa's site).
# Applied Miyasaka's IJG's JPEG software with x86 SIMD extension V.1.02.
You will use those suitable for Your purpose - but must know Yourself or find someone to tell You.
p. s. You will still find an old 0.8.2 k-meleon that performed much faster than any other official 0.8 or 0.9 during the time when it was new.
In fact only the very newest k-meleon's can reach its speed again.

& AFAIremember test builds of 0.8.2+ for specific cpu existed also.
