In the encoding list, only few language to be choosen. So, the normal traditional and simplified chinese are not there, so how to get it? so i hope i can view chinese words in the chinese webstes through K-Meleon.. thanx

In Menu.cfg check encoding part and add:

macros(ForceCharset(gb2312), Chinese Simplified (GB2312))
macros(ForceCharset(hz-gb-2312), Chinese Simplified (HZ))
macros(ForceCharset(x-gbk), Chinese Simplified (GBK))
macros(ForceCharset(iso-2022-cn), Chinese Simplified (ISO-2022-CN))
macros(ForceCharset(gb18030), Chinese Simplified (GB18030))

Then you should be able to choose chinese in encoding menu.

How bout the traditional chinese like big 5? now only can view simplified chinese...

may i know how to get the list of shortcut keys?
how's the shortcut key for the Back function like press Backspace for normal browsers like IE and Mozilla?

look into macros, accel, menus.cfg - and shape Your macros after the examples
that You see and were given from Hao who uses similar but other font.

I am not speaking Your language or using Your fonts - but afaik:

ForceCharset {
forcecharset($ARG);
}

is the macro and Hao called that and gave it arguments.

You will find list of possible fonts via about:config & Enter - & type font into filter
else Tools /Advanced / All Configuration Prefs
btw Big 5 is not listed there.

I guess you don't have the right encoding setting to Chinese GB, try to use menu -> Edit -> View -> Encoding and choose the right coding of Chinese GB.

Please try it and let me know.
