Character coding should be implemented, it's the only reason I dont't use this soft.

I have a problem switching between russian codepages when charset on a web page isn't specified. Actually, it is impossible to switch between ANY codepages

I (all Russians) need Windows-1251 and Cyrillic KOI8-R
