How do I clear the Location Bar. I do not find option under Preferences.

they're stored in the prefs.js file... you have to delete them manually.
you can try doing it from edit>preferences>configs>prefs, but it doesn't always save properly. the prefs you want to delete are the ones starting with "kmeleon.MRU." and containing the various URLs.
