will be good to have Ctrl-L to either
1. open a location dialog
or
2. focus on the location "bar"
I would think a location dialog will be better as there is no location "bar"
in full-screen mode.
in preferences, click menus, then accelerators. you can assign ID_SELECT_URL to any keys you want. By default it's assigned to ctrl+d, alt+d, and F6
