More than eight useragents to choose from?

Hi! I wonder if there is a way to make some kind of useragentplugin that allows you to add more than 8 engines to choose between? I would be glad for an answer since I'm doing some experiments with k-meleon on my laptop with winxp and different connections on it just to see what agent has the best speed.

Hi Rapido!

IMHO no extra extension is needed. Simply go to your K-Meleon root folder > defaults/pref/I10n.js - section // Privacy and edit the file in a text editor.

How to change the old user agents?

There are macros that let You start different user agents (browsers) on links.
They exist for most browsers and can be combined.

Not sure whether You mean that?

What I don't understand, why do you think there's a limit to 8 agents...?

There is a limit because I tried to manipulate the browser.cfg file and it didn't show more than eight agents and the cfg erased the ones I wrote. So there must be something wrong or am I wrong?

As I said I'm experimenting with several different connections and want to see wich agent is the fastest that's why I need more than eight agents in the cfg file to choose between.

Okay then, if it stops at eight, there's probably just missing the number 9 in your configuration. Because that macro can't jump over 'holes' in the numbering. Perhaps a typo in the syntax or something?
