how to turn off this error

LOL, you have really set your computer to the year 2003 ???
If yes, that has nothing to do with the browser, it's a windows setting.
If you see a clock somewhere, in a corner or on the desktop, right-click it and there should be some entry to change it... I guess... :cool:
Or somewhere in Start.... Systemsteuerung... sorry have forgotten the english word ;-)

So you could try with blocked javascript, but then probably google closes the door even more

Click on the clock on the bottom right of Window until it pops up.
Or go to system settings and open Date and Time settings.

Than change the year to 2010.

p.s. If this keeps happening - change CMOS battery. ? The buffer battery that provides power/buffer so that settings are not lost when the PC is off.
