IMHO, it would be useful to open a list of existing sessions (same as Sessions > Load Session minus Previous Session...) when clicking on Sessions > Save Session to update and save a session keeping same name.

Seems having slight problem when using Sessions > Options... > Open > Previous Session : tabs closed before closing KM, reappear when KM is launched !
