i had this idea ( while browsing these forums, actually) that it would be really, really nice in some cases to be able to have in the context menu (and a related keyboard shortcut, of course)an item that would take the selected text and copy it to the URL field, and then attempt to resolve it, all with one click... it would save on the old Copy, Paste, Enter routine... i don't know if something like this already exists somewhere, or if it could be done in a way that didn't present a security risk, but it would be really useful for visiting URLs that aren't presented as active links.

good idea.. i am constantly wishing I didnt have to copy and paste urls to lauch them.. its really annoying because sometimes they want to copy extra text before and after what you want to copy..
