Hi! I've got another tab problem. The problem is that when I click on a link instead of open a new tab it opens a new window. I've got K-meleon 1.5 running with tabs so it's anoying every time I click to view a screenshot or a link to another sites. I also have AboutsTabs.kmm installed so I don't know why this happens. Can somebody please help me with a solution to this issue? Here is an example: http://www.majorgeeks.com/ACDSee_Pro__d5204.html if you click on the screenshot link it opens a window instead of tab and that is not what I want to happen.

It's due to the page which uses a javascript function which open a new window.

I don't know if it's possible to bypass it.

Try in the same page the link named Acdsee, juste under the worg advertissement, and you'll see it will open in the same layer.

No that link is working as it should. A tab is open when I click on it. I Didn't have this problem in K-m 1.1.6. So why now? It's a strange behavior that it work on some links and not in others.

See Edit > Preferences > Browsing > Window Diversion

treat request... = new tab
open new...specific= window has size/position set in code= new window

(links meant to open in new window must be set to open in new tab)
