1.5.a.2 is not yet a release. An a or alpha indicates pre-release software.

The current stable release 1.1.4 does not have this bug.
My guess: the bug will be fixed - alpha and beta testing is done to find bugs.
The alpha versions are distributed here because users here need to help finding bugs
