K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
Two problems. First, when I downloaded K-Meleon I got the Throbber program twice. Once in Meleon\Profiles\Default\ac6k1.slt and another in K-Meleon\defaults\profiles. Do I need two of these? If not, why did I get two from the download? Second, if I double click on either one, I get a message that says I may experience problems in playing a video track because there is an error in the program.
everything in the 'defaults\profiles' directory is there for the purpose of generating new profiles... if you get rid of it, and something happens to one of your profiles that requires restoring a file from the defaults, k-meleon won't be able to do it... it's both a backup and an original source. think of it as DNA or something
as for the error playing the throbber, that would have to do with whatever program has .avi files associated with it, not with kmeleon.
