Bug in tables persists

Hi. I've posted a message in this forum at http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?f=3&i=1430&t=1430.

The answer is not valid in my case:

First, because you tell me about putting a non-break space inside every void table cell i create. This is ok, but... i have cells with a height of one pixel, and putting a space in them makes cells grow to 16 or more pixels height.

Second, if I put a space in the cell it renders in the right size (except if the cell's size is smaller than the space size), but K-Meleon doesn't renders the CSS class asigned to the cell.

An example:

<HTML&ht;
<HEAD>
<STYLE>
.class1 { background-color: #FF0000; }
</STYLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<TABLE cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 border=0 width=200>
<TR height=30 class="class1">
<TD width=200> </TD>
</TR></TABLE>
</BODY></HTML>

Greetings.

So, I've tried the code in MS Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6, Opera 5.1 and 6.0, K-Meleon 0.6 build 547 and Mozilla 0.9.7 and:

MSIE 5.5 and 6 renders ok
Opera 5.1 and 6.0 renders ok
K-Meleon 0.6 build 547 doesn't render the empty fields of a table
Mozilla 0.9.7 renders ok except tables of only 1 pixel height

Greetings.

Row,

I think this is a Mozilla issue. When the next version of K-Meleon is released, test it out. It will be based on the Mozilla 0.9.7 release.

Row,

If you have a page out on the web, I can test in Mozilla 0.9.7, which I also have installed.
