Windows NT & Localization

There seems to be a bug in K-Meleon. In Windows NT 4, K-Meleon submenus and popup menus are in Western (windows-1252) character encoding, and I can't get my Lithuanian letters of translation show there. Menu shows these letters - not Baltic (windows-1257) encoding, but Latin-1 with equivalent code ones. Under Windows 9x, everything is fine. Other programs in Windows NT show Lithuanian letters very well, so, I think K-Meleon menus use Western encoding instead of current system one specified bu Control Panel>Regional Settings. This is very annoying bug.

Also, I think K-Meleon Preferences and other dialogs should use a font specified in Control Panel>Display Properties>Appearance>Item: Message Box, as Internet Explorer does. E. g. if I specify there Tahoma font, it should be used everywhere in K-Meleon. Menus are already using that font.

And I want to add my vote for the famous focus bug, and for rendering bug (when a page in one K-Meleon window is being rendered, K-Meleon is completely unresponsive, I can't watch other K-Meleon windows.)

And thanks for a good work.

The lithuanian characters bug is bug number 6 (http://kmeleon.org/bugs/viewbug.php?bugid=6)

As for the focus bug, do you mean Bug 12 (http://kmeleon.org/bugs/viewbug.php?bugid=12) ?
I don't know about the rendering bug, I can't reproduce it on my system at home, nor on the computers at work.
