After I installed the language pack in 0.6, I can't find menus.cfg and menu can't be found error pops out.
I look at the same error by Win2k SP2 (Japanese)
If menu.cfg(and so on) is put on a root directory,I can use it...
(I wonder if it should go into the FAQ)
See if deleting your profiles (both Profiles and Profiles-1, and any other ones there) helps. Seems that it has problems locating the profile dirs.
Maybe the installer should force install the language components if the system locale is one of the Far East ones? But then I have no idea if NSIS can do that...
