Unfortunately,the two do not work. Netscape Bookmarks respond,but when I change their order by using Manage,they do not change(they may on restarting,but why?}.
2.None of the Links respond,although I can move them around.

I had a problem like that once for some reason it loaded the Netscape bookmark plugin a 2nd time for me so it was showing up 2 times on the plugin list and they were both in red I do not use the Internet Explorer plugin or Interenet Explorer so I only load and use Netscapes but thats what happened once
