"Custom" Digital Certs don't work

When I try and access an SSL site which has a Certificate generated by us (ie; not Verisign, Thawte, etc...), I get a blank window, and a popup with the error:
The file /C:/Program%20Files/K-Meleon/chrome/packages/core/newserver.xul cannot be found. Please check the location and try again.
I suspect it's looking for a template for a "New Certificate" warning box.
Is there any way to override this for now so we can access the site(s)?

Trevor,
We are checking into the problems that people are having with self-generated certificates.

One way to get acess to a host with a self-signed certificate is to start netscape or mozilla, connect the host, accept there the certs, close the browser and copy the file 'cert7.db' from the browsers profile directory into the kmeleon profile directory (override if necessary).
For example:C:\Windows\Profiles\Aplication Data\Mozilla\Profiles\Default User\21saddf.slt\cert7.db -> C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\Profiles\default\23h2jhwj.slt\cert7.db
