This is my first post, so I must say great work on the browser!
On with the bugs:
When I open a window in the background, the status bar (enabled) doesn't appear until I resize the window. I'm sure it's a minor thing, and it's only visual, but it would help the browsing experience greatly.
Also, and this has probably been discussed, but occasionally when I'm entering a password at a site a message box will pop up with no text in it and just "yes" and "no" buttons. What _is_ that? I assumed it was a saved password feature... though I hadn't read about such a thing here... so I always answer "no."
(If you need to know, I'm using version 0.5 build 500)

I believe both bugs are fixed in the next release which will be out very soon. If you can, retest these when the next version comes out and let us know if you still encounter these problems.

Nope, not quite fixed yet (as of 0.6). Look for my thread a bit later in the list.
You can talk about issues with k-meleon here. But please, for confirmed bugs, use the bug tracker to report and give feedback on bugs.
