Win95, version 0.5. Just tried this program for the first time. The menu bar is there but it's blank, no menus, nothing to click on. The background image is there. Alt key doesn't do anyting. I can move the menu bar around normally.

Try downloading the Common Control Library from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/ieplatform/ie/comctrlx86.asp
I believe you'll want the version for IE 5.0. This may fix your problem. If this works, please let us know.

Downloading the updated Common Control Library (for IE 5) worked for me
(win95 + IE 4.0). K-Meleon rocks!
You can talk about issues with k-meleon here. But please, for confirmed bugs, use the bug tracker to report and give feedback on bugs.
