Can't Run On WinNT4

I just installed newest K-Meleon. When I try to run it (k-meleon.exe) it shows an error message, it says "The ordinal 6491 could not be located in the dynamic link library MFC42.DLL". What's the problem?

Your version of mfc42.dll is out of date.
