I unzipped the contents of the (lite version) zip file into Mozilla\bin so that it could find the appropriate DLLs (XPCOM, etc) and it has an illegal operation on attempted load.

Yo, me too. I'm grabbing the full version, just to see if it's cause I'm using a nightly of mozilla or something.
