Hi!
K-Meleon 1.6.0 don't clean history using
Tools - Privacy - Clear Data - Clear History
or
Tools - Privacy - Clear Data - Clear Automaticly - History - Clear now

You may clean it only using
Edit - Preferences - Privacy & Security - History - Clear
